Private beta — methodology preview

Flywheel

A self-configured compounding framework for invited operators. This page describes methodology — it is not a product pitch.

Tool only — not investment advice. Lawenots does not issue credit or lend. Margin utilization reflects balances on your connected exchanges. Live autonomous trade execution is paused at launch.

What it is

Flywheel is a private, parameter-driven framework you configure: permanently locked base positions, income strategy containers, and a swing-trade layer across fiat and crypto. You set the rules; the product structures outputs for human review.

R/R gate

Before a swing setup is structured for review, it must clear a risk/reward gate. Equity setups require ≥ 2:1; crypto setups require ≥ 3:1. Margin cost is included in the formula so longer holds and higher borrow rates tighten the gate.

ratio = (potentialGain − creditCostTotal) / (definedRisk + creditCostTotal)

Covenant checks

Swing containers run through a covenant checklist: macro filter, duration limits, risk %, strategy-specific conditions, and crypto overlays. Failed covenants block structured output until parameters change.

HITL contract

create_swing_parameters (MCP) and in-product swing exports always produce status: pending_review. Nothing submits to a broker automatically. The investor reviews, adjusts, or discards before any action.

Exchange-linked margin (not Lawenots credit)

Utilization reflects balances on your connected exchange accounts against a 75% covenant limit you configure. Lawenots does not lend, extend credit, or take custody of funds.

Why Labs

Flywheel stays in Labs until it has a verifiable track record and operator demand. Books and Close + Attest do not depend on Flywheel — operators who only need ledgers never inherit this surface’s risk profile.

Invited operators can request beta access. There is no public pricing or self-serve subscribe for Flywheel.
