These are verification and contract artifacts — not the full product. Reconciliation matching, allocation drift logic, and Labs Flywheel covenant implementations remain proprietary.
What this means for buyers
- CPAs and technical evaluators can inspect verification logic — you cannot independently verify a black box.
- Proof bundles and schemas are MIT so firm tools and external bookkeepers can integrate without a Lawenots login.
