Private beta — trade execution preview

Execution

A private, invitation-only preview of trade proposal review, guardrails, and gated order placement. This page describes what exists today — it is not a product pitch.

Tool only — not investment advice. Lawenots does not take custody of funds. Live order placement remains off by default (EXECUTION_LIVE_MODE); paper sandbox is opt-in only. This capability is never bundled with Signal, Intelligence, or Core — it is not for sale.

What it is

Watcher Agent already detects holdings-value drift against your sleeves and portfolio. For invited operators, Execution Labs adds a human-in-the-loop trade proposal queue on top of that drift signal — approve, adjust, or discard before anything reaches a broker.

Guardrails and audit

Configurable guardrails, an immutable append-only audit ledger, and an emergency stop (kill switch) sit in front of every proposal. A system-safety lock halts dispatch on repeated failures or network conditions until an operator resets it.

Paper sandbox, then gated live

Paper trading is available as an opt-in sandbox — no live orders, no advisory. Live order placement exists in the codebase but stays off in production (EXECUTION_LIVE_MODE=false) until an invited operator's environment explicitly enables it.

HITL contract

Trade proposals always default to pending review. Nothing submits to a broker automatically. The operator reviews, adjusts, or discards before any action — the same human-in-the-loop contract Flywheel's swing parameters use.

Why Labs

Execution stays in Labs — never a catalog SKU — so that Core, Intelligence, and Signal can be sold and marketed purely as monitoring: drift alerts, rebalance previews, and evidence export. Removing trade execution from anything a credit card can buy removes the liability surface a name like 'Autonomous' used to carry, without deleting the underlying engineering work.

Invited operators can request beta access. There is no public pricing or self-serve subscribe for Execution — it is never bundled into Core, Intelligence, or Signal.
